Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 June 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of Guardian Dial ("the Service"), operated by Laura's World of AI. By signing up or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Guardian Dial provides an AI-powered telephone receptionist that answers, qualifies and books calls on your behalf. Features, pricing and limits may evolve as the product improves.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate business details, keep your login credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful purposes related to your own business. You are responsible for the call scripts, greetings and instructions you configure.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe in the currency shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for spam, scams, harassment, unlawful recording, regulated industries that require human-only handling, or anything that would breach UK telecoms or data-protection law. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (telephony, speech, language model providers) may briefly affect calls.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
