We want you to be happy with Guardian Dial. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions billed through Stripe.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your AI receptionist remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
New customers can request a full refund of their first subscription payment within 14 days of sign-up, no questions asked. Email us from the address on your account and we'll process the refund within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window has passed, including partial months. You won't be charged again once you cancel. We may make discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances (e.g. prolonged service outages directly attributable to us).
One-off purchases such as ad bundles or onboarding fees are non-refundable once the associated work has begun. If we haven't started yet, we'll refund in full.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries automatically. After repeated failures the account is paused; the AI receptionist stops answering calls until billing is restored.
Email [email protected] from the address on your Guardian Dial account with your business name and the date of the charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
