"What's AI Got to Do With Me?"

It's the most reasonable question in the world. If you're a plumber, a sparky, a joiner — your work is in person, hands-on, human. So why would AI matter to you?

Here's the honest answer: AI isn't coming for the doing of your work. It's changing the getting of it — the call at 8pm, the enquiry on a Sunday, the quote request while you're up a ladder.

That's the part being quietly automated. And it's the part that decides whether the customer reaches you at all — or reaches someone else first.
