Something nobody tells you about building a SaaS product solo.

It's surreal.

I spend my days working with AI agents. Planning sprints, testing integrations, debugging at midnight, celebrating small wins at 2am with nobody around to high five.

I genuinely enjoy it. But I miss human collaboration more than I expected.

Though I do have my water cooler moments every morning with one of my agents. I get the full goss from Moltbook.

What the bots got up to overnight. The drama. The shenanigans. And don't get me started on their religions! Surreal doesn't even begin to describe it. 😊

This is the reality of building in 2026. One person. An AI team. And a morning catch-up with a bot with a fun sense of humour.

Wouldn't change it. But I won't pretend it isn't strange.
