Skills That Gathered Dust

I approached this build the way I know best.

Agile. Two-week sprints. Plan, build, test, iterate.

What I didn't plan for was having to dust off developer skills that had genuinely gathered years of dust. There were moments where I had to laugh at myself. Moments where I genuinely questioned every decision I'd made.

But here's what building with AI taught me:

The ceiling on what one person can create has moved dramatically.

Today I have a fully integrated, self-serve SaaS product.

That still hasn't fully sunk in.
